The library is excited to begin a new program called Books For Babies. This program is aimed at helping new parents fostering the love of reading to their children. The library has certificates at the Osborne County Memorial Hospital that will be given to parents of children born in 2012. The parents can come into the library with their certificate and get a book bag, book and pamphlet about reading to their child.
This program is sponsored by the Osborne Public Library, The Osborne County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and Nex-Tech.
